WOMEN'S SELF DEFENCE:
Tabs is deeply committed to bringing every Student the ultimate training experience, not available anywhere else for women in this uniquely created program, utilizing the effective combative aspects of Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Kali-Escrima-Arnis; Buka Jalan Silat; Muay Thai; Bersilat; Western Boxing, Self-Defence techniques and Grappling. It is designed for effective results, proven methods and uncompromising dedication with in depth training protocols for your specific needs.
We invite all females who are serious in learning world class, high quality Self-Defence techniques; receiving a great fitness workout; as well as enjoying the incredible new friendships and camaraderie shared by fellow trainees in a safe, secure environment.


FUNDAMENTALS:
Our Fundamentals class is designed to do exactly what it says and that is to give the student the perfect foundation in Jeet Kune Do, Kali and Silat.
By covering all the key fundamentals of each art and ensuring the student has the best possible understanding of the foundations the arts are built on.

COMBAT CONDITIONING:
This class is all about conditioning us in a specific way to improve our martial arts. Building fitness, endurance, power and explosiveness.
Circuit based with an ever changing program ready to push you past your capabilities...

SUBMISSION GRAPPLING:
We combine the training methods and theories, tools and techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Freestyle Wrestling and Catch Wrestling to train take downs and throws, clinch and controlling skills, joint manipulations, chokes and submissions. How to achieve positional dominance on the ground and standing and how to escape from less desirable positions. Submission grappling is highly athletic and helps to develop such skills as speed, timing, power, agility and control.

CURRICULUM:
The Curriculum class covers all the required elements as laid out by our Chief Instructors.
Jeet Kune Do, Kali, Silat, Submission Grappling.
Perfect for the student who wants to grade under the MI/Impact association or simply progress in an individual way.

CULTURAL:
Our Cultural class lets us explore the arts of Kali and Silat a little further. Covering in more detail some of the fundamentals as well as some of the non curriculum material that is the wide and varied world of the Indonesian and Filipino martial arts.

PRIVATE TUITION:
Our private sessions are tailored to an individuals needs and requirements. One on One or small group appointments can be made with an instructor at a time that suits you. Students use this time for different reasons ; some to work on areas they feel need a little more attention and some who simply want to advance their training at an accelerated rate.
